• The warranty: covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty clasps, tips or fits that occur within a six-month time period.
• Materials: The use of materials of sustainable origin or of minimal environmental impact in their manufacturing or processing is guaranteed, as well as the authenticity of metals and gems, the Atacama Pearls are serialized and sustainably cultivated.
• Repairs: Free or discounted repairs may be included for damage that is not the result of normal wear and tear.
• Conditions: Certain activities, such as resizing or repairs performed by third parties, may void the warranty. Exclusions: loss, theft, damage due to negligence or natural wear and tear is not covered. The creation comes with a certificate of authenticity. This can be in digital or paper format, depending on the type of object.
• Authenticity: each product has a certificate of authenticity that establishes the year of cultivation, harvest and unit number within the production group. We strongly recommend keeping the certificate as each pearl is unique and authenticity adds value over time.

Optionally, the Atacama Pearl chosen by the client could be certified by an external laboratory such as GIA (see an example of price table for a Pearl Identification Report).
